Bio

I tripped over a guitar at age 13, picked it up and never put it back down.

My earliest musical influences, besides my own family, were all those great 60s Rock and Roll bands. As I was beginning to learn how to sing and play, I gravitated toward the guitar gunslingers - Johnny Winter, Jimmy Page, Ritchie Blackmore. Later, I discovered other guitar legends, and started studying their techniques  - Mark Knopfler, Jeff Beck, David Gilmour, Alex Lifeson, and others.

These days, my interests continue to grow, and I keep running into great music, both old and new and from different musical directions. So many good sounds, and I want to play them all. Which means that you're in for a fun ride. Old School and R&B, Classic and Alternative Rock, IndieFolk, Surf, Tropic, Southern Rock, Modern Country, Instrumental Funk, Texas BluesRock, and of course, flat out Rock & Roll!  And all of it at proper listening levels, so you can still have a conversation.  So come on out and have a good time, enjoying a wide variety of tunes that you'll know and love (but aren't tired of hearing!).
